I’m Nicola, a curious thinker, reflective learner, and someone who has spent a lifetime questioning the world and my place in it. I believe in growth, honesty, and making meaningful connections, and those values shape everything I do. Life hasn’t always been straightforward, and I know what it feels like to wrestle with self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and the complexities of personal change. But through reflection, learning, and experience, I’ve come to appreciate that we are all works in progress, constantly evolving, adapting, and striving towards something greater.
It was this deep interest in human behaviour and emotions that led me to counselling. My journey into this field has been shaped by my own lived experiences, challenges, and the realisation that we all deserve to be heard and understood without judgment. In my practice, I bring authenticity, warmth, and a commitment to helping others explore their thoughts and feelings in a safe, supportive space.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process where we work together to uncover new perspectives, challenge unhelpful patterns, and create pathways towards personal growth. Whether you're facing uncertainty, navigating self-worth struggles, or simply wanting to understand yourself better, I am here to support you in that journey.
If you’re ready to take that first step, I’d love to walk alongside you as you explore what’s next. You are not alone, and change is always possible.
